Distribution: Widespread in tropical and subtropical regions, with occasional records in southern Europe, including Ukraine.

Bionomics: This species may occasionally migrate to Ukraine from warmer regions. It’s multivoltine and can be active throughout the year in suitable climates. Active during the night, feeding on flower nectar from various plants. Caterpillars primarily feed on plants like willowherb. Pupation occurs in the soil.

Abundance and Conservation: Occasional records in Ukraine due to migratory behavior, making conservation impractical.
